When tasks keep stacking up, nothing gets finished, and every project seems to be waiting on you. You’re busy, but it’s like running in place.

This isn’t about figuring out what to build; it’s about finishing what you’ve already started.

⚙️ How to use it

Pick 3 active projects and answer for each:

• What’s the next step?
• What’s blocking it?
• Is the problem skill, time, clarity, or avoidance?

If you can’t name the next step succinctly, there’s your bottleneck.

You’re not stuck because you’re too busy. You’re stuck because clarity is missing.

Real-life example

Your product is 80% complete.

Your onboarding flow is mostly set.

A proposal is overdue.

None of it’s moving. Not because you’re overloaded, but because everything depends on a decision you’ve been dodging: the one that calls for the clarity you’ve been avoiding as you juggle everything else.
